What will you do as a Chemical Process Engineer?

We are looking for a Chemical Process Engineer to provide engineering support in order to develop our turn-key projects and innovative components. The Chemical Process Engineer will support proposal and basic engineering activities; conceptualize and draw new projects, improve design methods, investigate plant performance issues, and even create proof of concept with workshop experiments.

Key responsibilities

  • Carry out process engineering design activities, following Techlink standards to draw, schedule and budget projects, in collaboration with the commercial team.
  • Develop and take responsibility for the accuracy of detailed calculations, process engineering datasheets and drawings to specify the process engineering requirements of our technologies.
  • Remain up to date with the latest technical developments in your fields of expertise.
  • Demonstrate, provide and develop appropriate technical solutions for specific project issues.
  • Support internal development and continuous improvement activity as required.
  • Take a proactive approach to personal & professional development.
  • Ensure Techlink, safety, environmental and quality procedures are followed and that a high standard of safety is achieved in all associated work.
  • Provide proof of concept with small scale experiments in our workshop.
  • Learn and broaden technical and commercial understanding of Essential Chemical Industry to share with Techlink team.
  • Help the team on regular operation tasks such as product assembly in workshop, logistics, customer support, etc.

Are you the ideal candidate?

  • Strong passion for other languages and cultures of the world.
  • Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proficient in use of Engineering and CAD Software such as Autocad.
  • You are passionate and motivated, with a positive “can-do” attitude.
  • You have a logical and analytical approach to work.
  • You like to get your hands dirty to build, test, experiment.
  • You are good with tools.
  • Professional proficiency in English is a must.

La mission du Dessinateur Projeteur chez Techlink consistera à :

  • Collecter, analyser et prendre en compte les données d’entrée du projet,
  • Réaliser les livrables,
  • Réaliser les études de conceptions techniques
  • Concevoir les documents d’études de type plans d’implantation
  • Réaliser les spécifications techniques,
  • Établir les schémas et les plans de type : Isométriques, Schémas blocs, PFD, PID, Schémas de boucles, Schéma de distribution…
  • Participer à l’élaboration des listes de matériels nécessaires
  • Participer aux différentes réunions techniques et réunions projets,
  • Gérer les documents et leurs révisions
  • Valider les contraintes et faire les calculs spécifiques tels que : pertes de charge, calcul de supportage des tuyauteries…,

Profil :

  • Forte passion pour le reste du monde, les cultures, les langues, etc. 
  • Dessinateur Projeteur en Installation Générale expérimenté 
  • Maîtrise d’AutoCAD 2D et 3D
  • Méthodes de travail analytiques et logiques 
  • Anglais Technique
